I would call Safelite. I think www.safelite.com. They'll come to your workplace and fix it on the spot. The small chip is easily fillable with epoxy so that it doesn't spread. Good luck.

I ended up getting it fixed by a company called Novus. I was expecting it to turn out completely clear, but it's still noticeable at least to me. Looks kinda like a water spot.
