random vandalism: repair Q

random vandalism: repair Q
seems like im a frequent target of random vandalism.
last night i was pulling into my parking garage. and when waiting for the gate to open, a barage of rocks and sea shells (wtf?) come crashing down from the park/courtyard above.
they scattered immediatley, and there was no quick way up, so i could do nothing. called the cops but of course they dont care.
for how load it was (I thought my windows shattered), there is surprisingly little damage. but any damage is frustrating, of course in the face of random vandalism.
there is a small dent in the middle of the hood, that i hope a paintless dent remover can fix. then i will touch it up to make it 90% better.
then there is a fair sized dent on the plastic window frame. this im not sure about.
not being in the broad section of a panel, im unsure if it can be popped?
also, do you guys think it will be easier to fix/hid if the tape were to be removed (sebring car)?
any suggestions will be helpful.
dont feel like going to insurance because 2 months ago, someone backed into ME and MY insurance (with my $500 deductible) had to pay $2k to repaint the front bumper/hood/fender/replace a headlight. front was flawless until last night.

Wow, sorry to hear about this! Where do you live? Punk kids?
What year is your car? It'a an AP1 right? I think the tape might be stuck on pretty good.
Good luck with this!

Tape is easy to remove on the AP1's. All it needs is a little bit of heat and some patience.
Where abouts do you live? I'd love to catch those punks and teach them a thing or 2 about being dumb asses and it involves my foot and their asses.

I live in Yaletown.. I don't know if it was punk kids or homeless people. Either way I would have been more than willing to teach them the lesson. But they weren't willing to come down after they threw it.
