Does anyone have a pair of silencers for an invidia exhaust that they aren't using and may want to sell? Also, does it make a difference with them in.. I want the look of the exhaust (and whatever minimal gains produced), but don't really want the loud aftermarket sound...

you won't be seeing any gains at all with the silencers....You'd be better off going back to stock.

 

thanks.. that's what I figured, but I like the look of the aftermarket exhausts.. i might just save the money and stick with the stock..

 

IMO the exhaust doesn't look anywhere near as good with the silencers in, though it is just about as quiet as stock.

Is the invidia really loud without the silencer? i'm thinking that it can't be that much louder than stock if the silencer reduce the sound down to stock..

 

did you guys get a different silencer than i got?? cause it still way louder than stock with my silencers one. almost cant tell i have them on

 

Drone? is that when you are cruising at highway speed?

 

even with the sliencers, I would imagine that with the top up, it will still be very loud, as I find the my car (stock) fairly loud as is..
