Hi all, I am relatively new to the s2k scene. I am looking into buying one and I feel the asking price is way off. Basically, what would you quote this vehicle's price?

I checked the carfax and the salvage title is not due to damage. It's still a salvage title regardless of how it got it right?

Any input on the matter would be appreciated. Thank you.

that car is deff worth the money. I wouldn't sell it for under 15k.

It really depends on why it went salvage. Maybe better if you can bring a mechanic to check it. Nice hardtop tho!

PS. seeing the pic at least the rear bumper is bent or something, and front bumper is repainted but color does not match perfectly.

That is a good price. The hardtop alone is worth 3500 easy. So you are really only paying 9500 for the car. If it was totalled due to theft, it is a good deal. The question is, are you willing to buy a salvage title vehicle.
