'02 OEM wheels on a '01?

Default '02 OEM wheels on a '01?
Anybody know if there will be any problems in mounting '02 oem wheels (with oem rubber) on a '01? Maybe a dumb question, but the part numbers are different between the '01s and '02s...thanks! I got a deal on e-bay.

They'll be the same size. The different part number is because the color and texture is very slightly different.
