Both of these are on the first page in the wheel and tire forum

Don't you already have another thread asking this?

Wheel fitment guide

Short anwer is no, the tire is too wide, some may do it but check with the tire manufacturers recommended sizes and you will see that 7" is not wide enough for a 245 tire. You could stretch it onto the rim, but you will be compromising your safety and the performance of your car.

I couldnt find it in the fitment guide. I had only asked cuz a lot of wheels dont come in a staggered setup (which sucks).

It's right in front of your eyes:

I really did. And I looked right at it. And I knew that was what size tire went with what size rim and offset and I never put it together. Sorry, I have been brain dead this week.

Oh well, so much for finding an affordable set of wheels.

Looking at the fitmet guide...I could run staggered 215/245 tires on a 17x8 +48mm offset wheel, right?

It may not be an ideal fit but you can get a 245 tire on a 7" wheel. I do it all the time with 245/40-17 and 275/40-17 Hoosiers for autoX on AP2 wheels. If you ran this on the street you may not get ideal/even wear.
