Default anyone else had a problem with this?

So today i went and got my 2 month wheels alinement...
After my last wheel alinemet i put some 18" OZ ultraleggas on my car, what was recomeened by tirerack...
Today i recevied at phone call saying that the wheel center spacing for the hub was to small which resulted in the hub being ground down almost to the point that it was flush with the rotor... it was mainly on the front
Has anyone else encounted a problem like this with these wheels?

Are you saying the center bore of the wheel is smaller than that of the hub? I don't see how this can happen unless that was the case and the wheel was forced on there. Usually aftermarket wheels have a 73.1mm bore that easily clears our 70.7mm front hub. Once the wheel is torqued down, it shouldn't move around.

the front OZ wheels i am running require a centering ring for some reason which reduces the center down to 62 mm, w/o its 75... so i dont know if the centering ring is completely nessary and if i pulled it out it would surely fit but then it might throw the wheels off center
