I just bought my s2000 about 2 months ago and the previous owner had Kelly Charger tires on it. I can tell they aren't that great. I've looked around the internet for info on them but I'm not coming up with much. Anyone have any experience with these? Will I feel a huge improvement when these wear out and I get s02's on? I drove an s2000 with s02's but i wasn't familiar with the car yet and was afraid to flog it. Thanks.

I have not driven the Kelly tires but the S02 has to be a lot better handling tire. I have not seen anything better on this car for handling.

My wife bought a set of Kelly tires for her GS-R once - they were really crappy, terrible dry handling and they were bald after about 30k miles. She got them because they were cheap, then I introduced her to the Tire Rack and she has had decent tires since then.

If they are not impressive on a 170 HP fwd Integra, I hate to think how they would work on an S2k. Yipes! Get some real tires!

Kelly makes descent tires for "econo"compacts and sedans, but definately not for the S2000. You can compare them to tires from Pep Boys.
