spa-zz,

Front toe is zero, you think that I should run with toe out ?
Rear toe-in is 0 degree 20 minutes for each side, total toe-in is 0 degree 40 minutes. How do you translate degrees to inches ?

No, zero toe is fine on the front. Toe out will increase wear.

The formula to convert back and forth between degrees to inches is:

[degrees toe] = [inches toe] / [tire diameter] * 180 / pi

But don't worry about that if you don't know how to calculate it out. When you get your alignment, just specify the toe settings in inches.

Ok, I created a quick Excel sheet to convert between inches and degrees:

Jesus man!! He's told you a bizzillion times.

Keep the stock honda settings, but reduce the toe in the rear.

Not a hard concept.

I did the same, I'm running 1/16" toe per side for total of 1/8" total toe. That is half of the stock setting and it works fine.

What is the stock Honda settings for AP2 (MY04+)? I could not find it and I'd searched more than 10 times. I found specs for AP1, at least for MY99-MY01, but no specs for AP2

I found Honda alignment specs for MY04, it is on page 181 of owner manual in section Technical Information.

Toe F: 0.0 in, R: 0.15 in
Camber F: -0*30', R: -1*30'
Caster F: 6*

I know what to do now, keep the front as specified but reduce rear toe-in to 0.10 in each side and camber to -1* 00' (-1 degree)

Sorry for not reading owner manual more carefully, and thanks for all inputs.

be carefull now.

That .15" rear toe could be TOTAL TOE - meaning .075" per side. In which case going .10" per side is actually MORE than stock toe in.

The AP1 manual says .24" Toe in - meaning .24 TOTAL toe or .12" per side. Not sure if they reduced the toe in on the AP2 for a friendlier setup.
Just might wanna double check.

The 2004 Owner Manual does not say if this is total toe-in or per side. If someone has AP2 Service Manual, please look-up the specs and post the min, norm and max values.
I like to run minimum toe-in for the rear, whatever it is. Thanks

I know it's been two years, but anyone get the answer to this yet?
