AP2s have 3 different wheel sets.

So if taking a picture of the wheel on the scale and taking a picture of a known 10 lb weight on the scale isn't good enough to tell you what the weight of AP2 v2s are...idk what is.

I just weighed one of my OEM AP2v1 rears the other day and it was 20.6lbs, I didn't have a front to weigh.

What we really need are a few willing individuals with stock S2Ks (varying years). Get each on a properly calibrated scale in a lab and start removing bolts/parts one at a time on HD video and record the weight as each nugget is removed. I'd love to settle the debate on the weight of AP1 vs. AP2 center console leather armrest.

I sold my Ap2v2's after seeing this thread. And replaced the wheels with some light weight 18's that weigh less then OEM Ap1's....16.3 lbs front and 17.0,lbs rear.

The weight that OP wrote for the Ap2v2 wheels do not match what the scale says.

The scale is reading lbs and oz. If you convert the ox to a decimal, he is correct.

I'm not sure if I just missed it but I didn't see the weight of the spare. I was curious of what I'm adding in by putting the soft top in UNDER the hard top. I weighed soft top with frame got the same, 54.5 lbs. Spare with the wingnut bracket was 24 pounds.
