I weighed my ap2v3 rims at 19lbs fronts and 21 lbs rears, I could be off by a fraction of a lb. \

Well, keep in mind that different tires will have different weights. With the wheel weight, you can add the tire weight, which is usually published.

Your scale is way off.

If going with OEM Ap2 tires, the front tire weighs 22 lbs. No way a Ap2v2 weighs 15.5lbs each.

It's more like

42lbs Front (22lbs tire,20lbs wheel)
48 lbs rear (26lbs tire, 22lbs wheel)
