Default Bridgestone RE01R

Is it possible to switch my left tire for the right and vice versa (rear only)?

No. These are one direction tread tires.
I am going to keep them the same direction. I'm not rotating them, just moving them..

You're right, I should have been more clear.

I will remove the tires from the rims and switch:

rear left tire --> rear right rim

rear right tire --> rear left rim.

Oh man.. it's just ridiculous! The inside is pretty worn down.

I don't track the car at all; It's just city/highway driving with the occasional spirited drive. The tires have roughly 4 months on them, 6000 km (3750 mi) with a UK alignment done right after I put the tires on. I am going back to a less aggressive alignment, even though it's not even that aggressive.

The tires were great in the dry though, just not too good in the wet. Even when going really slow and straight, they were still oscillations back there. But in the dry these tires are flawless performers with the exception of excessive wear.

Thanks for the help BTW

I'll post back after I flip the tires and get a new alignment this weekend and give feedback.

In regards to alignments, what should I get done to increase the life of my tires? Neutral toe? I am going back to stock camber front and rear. Does caster affect wear?

stock camber (or close to it) will be the biggest help in stopping tire wear. if you're lowered, it'll be affected regardless and it'll be more important to get your camber right. caster shouldnt have to much affect on alignment, moreso on handling. toe could maybe affect it, basically for oem, you want a total of either 0 toe fr/rr or maybe a bit of toe in on fr and rr. i think oem settings call for 0 to 0.3 toe in for front and 0.3 to 0.6 of toe in rear. (not sure exactly, but someone could prob confirm it if they have the true #'s)
