Default correct tire size for 18s?

So I just got a set of used TE37 (18x7.5 +48 , 18x8.5 +50) Right now I am stock height. Depending on how much of a 4x4 look I will have with the wheels on, I may drop it at most 1inch

What would be the optimum sizing without rubbing? From some searching I figured 255 in the rear is a no go. 225 or 215 up front is ok.

Here are what I am looking at:

Falken FK452
F: 215/40ZR18 or 225/40ZR18
R: 245/40ZR18

Ecsta XS KU36
F: 225/40R18
R: 245/35R18

BFGoodrich
F: 215/40ZR18 or 225/40R18/XL
R: 245/35ZR18
