Falken Azenis on ap1 rims
I had a quick question about the Azenis tires...right now i have the SO-2's all around, but both front and rear are gone almost...i have 2 Falken Azenis tires in the size 225/50R/16...and I can only use them for the front or back, was wondering what would be the better choice? F or R?
as I read earlier the stock 225 for the R is actually bigger than the 225, so i was thinking the 225 of the Azenis might be just too short for the R...and i should use it for the F
am i correct?

Falken RT-615's run a bit wide. While probably not as wide as the stock S-02's in the rear, the 225Azenis will be wider than most other 225 tires and I'd personally run them in the rear. What other set of tires are you planning on using since the Azenis dont really come in any good sizes for AP1 apart from the 225/50/16 (others are 215/45 or 205/40). I've contemplated running 225/50 all around for autocrossing, but wouldnt want to do that on the street.

Neither of the other 16" Azenis sizes for the front are any good as they're the correct width, but the sidewall is wrong. Stock is a 205/55. . .Azenis is 205/40. Not sure what kind of impact that would have on handling, but I wouldn't want that much difference from stock sizes.
Which I why I asked in my first post what other set of tires were you planning on running since the azenis don't come in good sizes for us with AP1 wheels. If you're dead set on having Azenis all around, I'd just get another set of the 225/50 and run non-staggered but fact is, Falken just doesnt make good sizes for us.
