sorry about that. I don't have a pic of it, but if you remove the wheel and look at where the bumper screws to the fender, remove that bolt, cut that metal tab, and redrill and relocate the bolt. I didnt bother to use the bolt again and just drilled a hole large enough for a ziptie to run through.
