Why do you only have three options? There are a lot of tires that work on the car. The SP900 will last longer and have better wet traction but they are only average in the dry. If you are not an aggressive driver they would be fine.
If I can help let me know.

If possible, I'd suggest the new Hankook Ventus RS-2s. They are supposed to have awesome dry traction and be decent in the wet. Only bad part is the low treadwear rating (200). They're super cheap, too!

You might look into Fuzion ZRIs as well...they are made by Bridgestone.

They are not expensive, good grip in wet or dry conditions, and after putting about 4K on the car since purchase, the tread wear has been good considering how I drive the car. I bought my car with them already on...so I really have no basis for comparison. However, I find them very suitable until they wear out and I put on what belongs on the wheels of an AP1, Brigstone Potenza S-02s.

I would get the Dunlops over the Continentals, and Toyos are alright too. How much are T1Rs?

Forgot to metnion that I used to have a set of SP9000s on the rear of my car. Got them used for $30 a piece with like 90% tread left. They had pretty decent dry grip and definitely had better wet grip than the Pilot Sport A/S's that came for the SP's.

I had some SP9000's on my old M3 and didn't care for them. Dry grip is marginal for a sport tire. Wet grip is good however. I liked the feel and grip of SP8000's better in the dry. Out of those 3 I'd definately go for the Toyo T1R.
