Default offset gurus i need ur help

I'm picking up a set of lens d1rs in 18x8.5 +35 and 18x9.5 +40 I like the look of the wheels and it fits my budget well. So my question is how much fender mode do I need. I'm going to roll but do I need to flair. And what tire sizes do you guys recommend. Alignment settings? Sorry but this is the first aggressive set I buy for any of my cars. Did a lot of research over the past couple weeks I just need confirmation of what I need to do exactly.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Those wheel offsets should be fine. You will need a roll for sure, not so sure on pulling since you didn't mention your tire sizes and how much camber you're willing to do.

I would rather not have to pull. Roll I figured. I have -2.5 camper in the rear now. Would go a little more if need be. But from what I read a 215/45 and a 245/40 I think that would look ok

215/40/18 and 245/35/18 would be stock diameter. They should fit fine with a roll and negative camber, no pull necessary.
