You're welcome to take your chances............but the ability for the wheels to "Bolt On" to the car does not mean that they are a correct fit.

The wheel width for the front of an 8.5" combinded with the 245 tire width would require a high offset to get it tucked into the fender....?? Do you know what the offsets are for the front and the rear?

BTW: If the deal sounds too good to be true.....it probably is.....

If the guy you mention is your "Buddy" ask him to let you mount the wheel / tire combo on you "S" and see what it looks like.....and how it reacts while turning / cornering....at speed hitting a dip in the road etc.

My guess is that you will find that you have clearance issues.
