Don't take this personally.

the thing about SprintPCS is that if customers ever get screwed like i have by Tire Rack, their account gets credited anywhere from $50 to $200... all i got from Tire Rack was an "Oh were sorry"

WRS2K as far as guarantee on the fitments. We do take the wheels and tires back at no charge for a package that doesn't fit.

There's some miscommunication going on between you and your colleagues because that's not what they're telling me. I guess it looks like I'll have to do business with you again.

so if you hated SprintPCS so much, why would you committ to an additional year? obviously we were doing something right for you to stay with us for 5 years

bottom line is that Tire Rack totally screwed me, along with a few other customers in this thread... they have obviously screwed up orders more than once... so i will look elsewhere for my next tire purchase.... as far as im concerned, Dallas from Tire Rack straight out lied to me...

and i would go to Jim for tires, but i will not longer support Tire Rack and their sloppy transactions and orders.... i will find a different company to deal with...
We are talking about SprintPCS because you brought it up as a comparison to Tire Rack. You had a bad time with tire rack and that's fine for you to post it.

It's well known how BADLY Sprint PCS customer service SUCKS BIG DONKEY DICKS!

It's your own fault for bringing it up.
