Remove hubcentric rings
Load it up w/WD40 then get some ice cubes and run them around the inside edge of the rings. After a few minutes, try to carefully pry them out with a flat blade screw driver. Or if you have a small combo clamp/spreader, you can try that, using the spreader to get a better grip from inside the ring.
Funny, I just bought a set of LMs and the guy hands me 2 rings that he said fell out of the wheels when the were dismounted. I checked and the rear rings were still firmly in place. But the fronts don't use rings, which was confirmed by Jim@Tirerack. Dude must have been wheeling around with some bad-fitting fronts.

Thanks for the replies guys. The tough part was trying to remove the ring.. I tried with small flatheads and even micro flatheads (to try and get under the wire ring, but had no luck. Is there a special way to remove the wire ring that holds it in?
ok an update in case anyone else decides to search on this topic in the future..
I was able to remove the wire ring with a bent clothes pin. Basically using the pointy end to pick/pry one of the ends out, then you just slowly work your way around and the entire wire ring can be removed. After that, it's just a matter of prying out the hubcentric ring. A little PB blaster, flathead and mallet work great.
