You can go 1 inch lower than stock with your setup. I would not go much lower than that due to damaging the fenders on hard turns.

If you go with wider fenders like I did then you can be more aggressive. I have the same offset/sizes you have and am dumped 3 inches in the front and rear. No rubbing issues. My rear camber was/is -2.6 and my front was/is -1.6. I am also running Aragosta 12 way adjustables and ADVAN AO32R tires.
