Default Same size wheels on an AP2 ?

Looking to pick up a new set of wheels and tires, however the shop I went to suggested getting the same size wheels all around I reminded them the S has a staggered set up they responded with "just get a larger tire for the rear" this doesn't sound right to me.I'm staying with the oem size just a different look. What do yall think.

Thanks, J

I would stick with staggered wheels. However, you can run the same size wheels all around and stagger just the tires. The rear can take a more aggressive fit than the front, so you will have to make a compromise somewhere if the wheels are the same width/offset. Either run a more conservative rear fit or flare the front fenders. Also, the narrower front tire will be more stretched compared to the rear. You can make it work if the wheels you want are only available in 1 size, but most wheels are available staggered.

I agree, it can work but I like the handling and looks better with the staggered wheels and tires. The S2K does perform better with the staggered set up.
