Size siggestions
The front is a fairly aggressive offset.... I am on a stock suspension so I don't *think* I would rub, however I planned on a 215 40 18 up front for safe measure. This shouldn't be a problem right? I also planned on 255 35 18 for the rear. Should I keep the profiles the same? I want to keep the wheel+tire diameter as close to stock as possible to avoid issues with inaccurate speedos and the like. I think it would look more proportionate as well as the stock ap2 17's look proportionate on the car to me.
Am I way off base here? I'm a newbie to this so I want to make sure I get it right the first time...

Alright so I guess I have to go 225 40 18 up front as there just aren't any options at 215.... I guess I have to roll
?

With a 18X8.5 I would only go with the 245/35R18 or 255/35R18 for the rear. Teh front tire should be the 215/40R18 to keep the diameter the same front to rear. If I can help with the tires let me know.
So a 225 would be out of the question for the fronts? I couldn't find a tire that I wouldn't spend a boat load of money on ( I don't want to go too far over budget) That could provide me with a 215/40/r18 AND a 245/255/35R18. I spoke with a member by pm who ran a similar size with a modified suspension and used 225 up front he did not rub. I will be on a stock suspension so I'm hoping for the same result.
