Default Tire Selection

I have an AP1 with 17"s on them and kw variant 3's. The car does some daily driving and lapping days. Treadwear isnt the biggest of issue with me but handeling definatly is up there. I have never driven on the S02's but only yoks es100 (came with the car when i bought it) and hankook z212 (which were decent). What other selections are there out there outside of stepping to a RA-1. Yoks AVS Sport? RE050? RE-10R? S03? pilot sport? pilot sport ps2? eagle f1 gs-d3? f1 supercar? gforce ta kw (d?)?

Yokohama Neova AD07
Bridgestone RE-01r
Falken Azenis 615

These are considered the fastest SCCA street tire class tires.

I have the Yoko Es100's. Just about any tire is going to be an improvement

My next set of tread is going to be the Azenis 615.

i have the ability to pick up a set of 615 for cheap, but i was looknig for something even grippier than the 615. It looks similar in construction to the z212 and I would imagine performance is the same. Actually I have heard that they become greasy faster than the z212 on the track but provide a bit more feel of getting close to the edge where the z212 will hold its grip for longer but breaks quicker.

It just depends on how much money you want to spend on tires. I agree with the Advan Neova, Bridgestone RE01R and I would throw in the Kumho MX as the best for the money.
If I can help let me know.
