Tire set up
I need some opinions on my tire set up. I bought my s2000 used. The tire set up on the car were mismatched ,they never had the oem tires on the car. I was running>
205/55/16 Yokohama Avid v4s 2 front
225/50/16 BF Goodrich G Force T/A KDW's 2 rear.
I decided to change the two rear tires because the tred was going low on both rear tires. I changed the tires to 225/50/16 Bridgestone Potenza re750's today. I didnt change the front tires because they still have 80% tred on the fronts. Is this set up acceptable? I know that there are alot of posters stating not to mis match the tires. Need some opinions. Thanks in advance.

I should have read the sticky on the top section on this section of the message board. The car is my daily driver and i take the car to redline sometimes, but dont take corners hard. Will i be safe to ride on the rears till they wear? I really cant afford to buy a new set of rears right now since i just purchased these new tires.
