Hey guys, I was working on my car with a friend yesterday and he noticed something on my front tires that I had not noticed. Around the sidewalls and in between the tread there are small hairline cracks forming. I have only had the car a few weeks but did not notice when I bought it. The previous owner only put 13k miles on the car over the last 4 years so I am wondering if the tires are dry rotting. Here is a picture, please let me know if you think I need to buy new tires.

It is too hard to see in the pictures. Depending on how they were taken care off they could be dry rotting. Tire dressing and heat can be very damaging to the life of the tire.
