Hard to tell from the pic, but if the tire is only about the same width as the wheel at the lip, they've gotta be 8.5" wheels. If the tire is "pooched" and noticeably wider than the wheel at the lip, then they might be 7". If I had to guess from the pic, I'd say they're likely 8.5".

Ya they are all about the same width of the rim. No pooching. Would it affect steering a lot, acceleration? Do you need to shave the hubs?

Good Lord what is even happening here? Ok tire size is very wrong. Click the wheel fitment sticky it has all the stock specs.

What were these on? An s2000? If they were and they are all 8.5 he either had 2 of them bored out (very easy just measure them) or he ran a 5mm spacer on the front. Either way they will be fine with correct size tires.

Yep, easiest thing to do is just run the 5mm spacer up front, this allows it to clear the center bore differences and still provide enough threads on the studs to be safe. This is a common alternative to modifying the wheel bore. If it’s going on a basically stock suspended ap1, i would run a 225/45 -255/40 stagger for best traction bias/handling.
