Default what rims 17's or 18's

im new to this s2000 car...don't really what offsets of s2000's.....anyway...what would u s2000 gurus prefer 17's or 18's on our cars ?

It would just depend on what you are looking for. The 18" does look good but if you are tracking the car the 17" would be a better option. Just take a look and see what you like the best. The 18" would be a stiffer ride and the wheels will be more likely to get bent from road hazzards.

yeah im going for a show look ....would 17 cover the gap if i don't tend to drop the car on springs...what would be the off set for 17's

Personally, I would never run 18's on this car. there are better, less expensive tire choices in 17's as well.
Plus, 18's without a drop look like wagon wheels.

yeah thats what i was told..if u don't wanna drop ur car go 17's ...if u go 18's u must drop the car ..haha i agree ...but its so hard to find wheels ....cuz its different off sets for front and back .....shits hard to find ...

Nothing wrong with 17" wheels. 17" wheels are lighter, less susceptible to being bent, and the tires are less expensive. The car can look good with both 17 and 18" wheels but the car will generally handle better with the smaller wheels.
