What would it take to fit this?

If you really want to make it work stock body you would need the following:
1) Rolled and pulled front and rear 1/4's
2) relocated rear bumper bolt/tab
3) cutting of the rear bumper lip
4) at least - 4.5 camber
5) 245 tire
This is all of course, you have the appropriate suspension. Also, this what you need to do if you are tucking a good amount of tire. If you are "higher", some variables can be thrown out, but should not be overlooked.
