I've heard about an advanced wheel balancing option which balances the tire under load with a roller against it, not just by spinning it free, but it costs substantially more. ($76 vs. maybe $35 for 2 tires). I just bought a new set of rears (thanks, Hardtopguy!) and was looking for a place to mount them, and a coworker suggested a place where his brother-in-law works. They have a Hunter machine and also offer this extra service.

Does anyone know about this, and is it worth the extra $$$?
