I have 17x9 +63 on 245/40/17 with 2.5 deg of camber. Looking to get a 10mm bolt in spacer to make it more flush. Do you guys think there will be rubbing issues?

Are your fenders rolled? If they aren't, you'll probably run into rubbing issues. If not, you should be okay up to a 15mm spacer without having to pull the fenders.

You might be okay with a 245 in the rear. I had 255 previously on same specs without any fender rolling and clearance was pretty tight between the fender lip. If you're rolled, shouldn't be an issue at all

Hey all, anyone have a link for the offset calculators? The links from spa-zz and i think xviper don't seem to be working.

I have been browsing this thread forever and am finally pulling the trigger. I know I want wider stance. Went ahead and purchased the a-spec +25 mm fenders from Shine (and the spec-s version 2 front bumper with undertray!). I have looked through so many s2ki threads, going back and forth between 17 v 18 " and am going 18".

Anyone with these, or similarly wide fenders, have pictures with their wheel setup they'd care to share? I know I want close to flush up front, wider in back and so am planning staggered. I have been eyeing the Wedssports tc105s that EdSpecR has/had on his s2k. Hard to find as it is, so want to be sure I pull trigger on correct setup and offset. I love that concave look so assuming lower offset.

This is for spirited street driving.

Thanks in advance!

I use this one as it's got a little visual that shows the difference between the old and new set up:

Post Motegi 159MR Battle V

Hey my new S2k family! First, I would genuinely like to thank all the people here for the information available on this site. It has been such a tremendous help to planning out the build of my S2k. Secondly, this is my first post; certified S2ki lurker for years. That being said this is my first car im building and have little experience so forgive me if i'm asking something that may be common knowledge. Ever since i have seen these wheels on the Throtl S2k giveaway I've wanted them; however when i go to the wheel fitment guide here on S2ki it recommends not running anything less than +43 offset. When I go to look at the wheel sizes the highest offset i see is +38. What am i missing here? Did they have to modify the fenders or something? Also i don't think they staggered the setup. Can anyone please educate me and give recommended tire sizes for staggered setup? My uneducated prefered wheel size is 18x9.5.

Hey man,

I ended up going with (SSR GtV02)

18 x8 +45 up front, 18x9 +35 in rear, on Ohlins dropped to 1 finger up front, 1.5 rear. Was rubbing on hard corners and small changes in road surfaces. Had fender rolled very lightly. Hope this helps.

Looking at this on the S2K fitment guide, what would be a perfect offset for a 17x7.5" wheel for the front?

For the front:
Offsets lower than +43 are not recommended on the front because a very narrow tire would need to be used to avoid rubbing.
+43 to +47 offset: 6.5" - 7.5" wide wheel
+48 to +52 offset: 7.0" - 8.0" wide wheel
+58 to +62 offset: 7.5" - 8.5" wide wheel
+63 or higher offset: 7.5" - 8.5" wide wheel
It looks like it would be +50 in the second line because 7.5 is between 7.0 and 8.0 but in the third line, it has +58 for the 7.5. I know we're only talking about 8mm difference here but I'm not understanding how these numbers are supposed to line up. Can someone clarify?
