245/35/18, and you are going to want a decent amount of negative camber. I'd say minimum of -2.5.

Anyone know what it takes to fit

255/40/17 on a 17x9.0+45 up front? (Hankook's RS3 or Dunlop's ZII StarSpec)

I have Varis CF fenders that are 15-20mm wider, but the previous setup I had on there still rubbed on driveway entry. The previous was 225/45/17 on 17x9.0+42. Ride height is about lowered about 2", but I can adjust that as needed.

FR camber's -1.0* and RR at -2.0* atm on my lifetime alignment. Been looking at going FR -2.0/ RR -3.0 but I'm still unsure how much space I'll be getting. Basically what I'm asking is that with 15mm wider fenders and more camber, would I have a shot at clearing? Would like to avoid buying OEM/DF fenders but I do want to run a meatier tire up front. Thanks in advance!

The fact that you have 15-20mm wider front fenders should make this a snap. -1 camber is quite conservative coupled with a low ride height is the only explanation, that and driving habits. But I'd say if you are no more then 12.75-13" from fender to center bore aka 2" drop, you should not rub any more with -2 ish camber. A 255 has no pull on the sidewall with a 9" rim, its slightly bulged/flat so there is no sidewall tuck as the suspension cambers as it compresses, so you need more static camber to tuck it.

Thanks for the input! I'll see if I can take a measurement and check the drop before reporting back. Sure beats the hell out of dremeling CF fenders lol
