17x9 +45 with 245/45 rear 225/45 front and 2 degrees camber front and 3 in the rear. I want to be flush but I rub really bad in the rear already at about 1.5 finger gap. What can I do to solve to rubbing so I can go lower?

17x8.5 +40 all around. will 255/40/17 all around fit? My front and rear fenders are rolled and on stock height

Or should I purchase 225/45/17 and 255/40/17 combo? any inputs?

keep in mind my car is not lowered!

got a quick question for the fitment gurus, I've found a set of CCW reps with the following specs: 17X8+35 and 17X9+35.

Right now, I'm running the stock wheel/tire specs on my AP1 with a 1" drop from eibach springs. I don't mind a small wheel gap but definitely not looking to be slammed. I don't autocross and this is my DD.

What would you guys suggest on tire size for this setup?

the 8.5 is going to be much easier to fit. i (essentially) had 8.5 +40 on my rear with 245, replaced my worn out tires with 255s and had to remove the spacers, so back to stock offset.

with the 9.5 you could likely get a slight stretch with a 255, for sure with a 245.

yes, 255 all around will fit at stock ride height. but lower it considerably and you will have problems. a slight drop you should be fine. may want to read up on the nonstaggered guys handling thread, most highly recommend a change in roll bars to make the car more neutral after a square set up.

don't get replica wheels. pressure cast wheels are shit, and 99% of reps or fakes are pressure cast. you should be looking a forged wheels. that being said, 9+35 looks good in the rear but requires a bit of work if you want to be finger gaps away from the fender. tires i'd go 225 front 245 rear. you could try a 255 but you'lll have to be pretty high.

raise your car. get new tires with a smaller measured width. roll the fenders. get an alignment and add more camber. pull the fenders. all possible options.
