Dagou. Generally the lower offset wheels have more clearance for brakes but it does depend on the wheel and how it is designed. The nice thing about cars that can run wheels like a 18x10 +22 generally have large brakes that the wheels need to clear like 370's. Make sure you ask the vendor if the wheel has clearance for a BBK. I think many volks and advans in that size have the clearance but it still depends on the face and hub.

would you go with +35 and have keep the opportunity to run say a 10 mil spacer just to be safe, remember I have extend studs anyways.

Hm. Honestly I am not sure. Personally I would try and avoid running the spacer if possible. Which stoptech kit do you have? Is it the normal one or the larger one?

If you have the SOS RG-D then the spec is 9" +60. With a 20mm spacer, that means you are currently running 9" +40. A 10 +35 would stick out an additional 17mm to what you have now and should clear most BBK. I am guessing you wouldn't want anything much lower offset than that.

Alright guys I finally got my wheels picked out, went for something that will be a little less tough to fit. I just wanted to see what you guys think before I order them tomorrow. Enkei TS6 18x8.5 +30 w/ a 215/40 up front and a 18x9.5 +35 w/ a 225/40 in the back. Car will be almost slammed on BC Racing BR series coils with the extreme low springs.

It is going to look stretched. That tire is made for a 8 inch wide wheel. A 9.5 should have a 255. Then again the car will be "slammed" so the stretched tire look is probably what you are going for.
