indeed Lakeview should be much more affordable... otherwise, i love Ukie village/bucktown/wicker park. to me, it's still the area w/ the highest fun:dollar ratio...

He was going to look in the wicker park area as well.

He actually has 3 weekends set aside to look... thanks for the suggestsions.
