I recently purchased a 05 S2000 from these guys, and soon after had found second gear to be louder than other gears, felt like the syncros are grinding so I scheduled an appointment with them to check it out. In the mean time, it has only gotten louder, and has actually popped out of gear on occasion. Right before the appointment, I get a flat in the Left Rear tire. So i take the wheel off and look at it and don't find anything, so whatever I thought I will just have them look at it, I was going in anyway. I went over the tire thoroughly which was another reason i thought just to bring it to them. The day after i bring the car in they say the found a hole in the sidewall of the tire. Weird i thought, I would have definitely noticed that being that I lube tech at a dealership and deal with tires and crap all day! So whatever maybe its really small so i go take a look at it. NOPE! There are three holes in the SAME area on different parts of the sidewall about a centimeter long. I point that out to them, and tell them what I do for a living and other stuff and their service writer instantly gets red faced and starts yelling at me. So this ended up being my fault, I sabotaged a perfectly good potenza because I wanted to give them trouble so he says, on top of a lot of cursing and everything else. They switch me to a different service writer and I get the labor free, big freakin deal. So they test drive it after a WEEK AND A HALF to get the tire on the rim, they test drive it and say that there is nothing with it and that its supposed to make that "Crunch" noise. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK whatever, I say screw it, pick it up from them and I am done with them, never going back there again! BUT I HAVE TO AND HERE'S WHY!
I get my car home and what do I see? A FREAKIN TEAR IN THE TOP! 2 INCHES LONG! What the hell. NEVER. EVER. GO TO ANY MULLER HONDA! They will do everything in their power to insult you and piss you off. I am currently trying to talk to someone there over the phone, but no one is there apparently, at 2:00 on a Tuesday? Anyone else have problems with these losers?

sorry to hear about your problems. This is why I don't buy cars or get serviced at dealerships. Most of them are scumbags.

dealers dont like negative posts/reviews on here so if I was you I would post your review up for them and potential clients to see.

I'd contact Honda directly. They don't want their dealers being dicks and pissing off the buying public. Customer satisfaction is hugely important to them. If a dealer phuks up bad enough/often enough, Honda can actually pull their license.
