If a person places a bid it stays until they are outbid, the same person outbid themselves 10 times. Sure, it's legit.

 

Again, I am not disagreeing that the owner is trying to run up the price.

I think you can raise your current bid if there is still a reserve set. (which will look like you have outbid yourself.)

 

I, too, am not surprised that it did not sell at that price.

 

Purchased a "(single) Brand new 7 inch CCW barrel" from a member on stanceworks.... Receive the barrel, take it out of box, 8" barrel WTF! ARE YOU THAT STUPID.

 

This time last year when we tookk a forklift out of comission we told the suits in the office we need 4 new forklifts (exaggerating because they will only give you half of what you actually need) and got none. Last week 2 fork lifts went down with failures. Today one of the fork operators had to stand around all morni g due to the lack of forklifts. I rush to get one of the downed forklifts put back together. 4 bolts were torched off during the tear down. They were button head set screws size 1/2 x 3. We dont carry tese in the shop. So i go to home depot. They dont have the size i need. So i go to menards. Same thing at menards. So i go to LA Fasteners. They dont stock them but can get them for me. It will come i. A box of 50 or box of 100. f@#k that, i only need 4 and i cant wait for them to be ordered. So i go to Fastenal. They do stock the size im looking for however this store is all out. The guy checks the computer database for any of the other stores inventory. A store in chicago shows 150 in stock. He call that store and the store saysthey do have it. Now i make the hour trip across chicago into the ghetto hood. I get there and the guy goes, sorry our inventory is messed up. We actually have none i. Stock. &/^#/@^$((!!!! It took me an hour just to get there to find out you dont have any when you already told me you have over 100 i. Stock!?!? By the time i get back to my shop, its 2 solid hours of wasted time not including time at home depot, menards, and la fasteners. So on my way bac to the shop i stop into potbellysto grab lunch. Its so packed it looks like all of chicago has decided to go to this one stor. I order a Wreck and a milkshake. I get to the cashier and my shake is not even made yet! #^@/@#!
