Default Convertible Top Straps

After replacing my top straps with Modifry straps, I noticed another pair of straps which have come loose on the top. What is the purpose of this strap and where can I get a replacement?

Not sure what you mean be "other straps". Location? Pictures? That would help.

Sorry not sure how to upload pics. But if you look inside the top, there are two more straps that arent the ones the modifry replaces. I contacted modifry and he said he thinks those straps are to keep the top from moving around from the wind. I wanna know if these straps are important and where i can get them

Those hold the rear bar in place. They get connected to the 10 mm nuts that hold the top to the body in the rear. It goes to the second retainer from the front. There are one on each side. You need to remove the rear package tray and move the trim on the side to expose the nuts

Thanks for the reply. Would I mess anything up if I just leave it alone? How important are these straps?

I see...... I would guess someone just replaced the top and didn't attach them during the install? Kinda important. They locate the rearmost bar when the top is up to keep the rear section of the top taunt. Be careful lowering and raising the top untill you get the attached in the correct position. A fair amount of work to get them attached in the correct position but it really needs to be done.
