Default NA High HP Project - What else can be done?

We prepared an NA setup on our customer's 2009 S2000
It is a Euro-Spec S2000, so it originally had a 2.0lt engine in it

Here is what we have in the engine so far:

OEM 2.2 Crankshaft
InlinePro Rods
CP 12.5 CR Pistons with X Forging
Darton Sleeves
InlinePro Stage 3 Camshafts
Toda Adjustable Cam Gears
Supertech +1mm Intake and Exhaust Valves
Supertech Valve Sprigs and Titanium Retainers
ARP Headstuds
Toda Lightweight Pulley Set
PLM Header
Amuse 63mm Titanium Single Exhaust
Custom Intake
Half Size Radiator
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Skunk2 DBW Throttle Body
Hondata FlashPro
Fully Ported and Polished Head
Ported and Polished Intake Manifold
HKS Fuel Regulator
Injector Dynamics 725cc Injectors
AEM Methanol Kit
4.44 Final drive set
Carbonetics LSD
DSS aluminum driveshaft
Brakes Spoon
CC Stage4 / lightweight flywheel
Greddy oil catch tank
Mugen thermostat
Skunk2 radiator hose set
Master bushing set
Brakes Spoon
Suspension BuddyClub

On E50 fuel, the car made 273hp on a Dyno Dynamics Dyno
Considering that Dyno Dynamics measures about %10-12 less,
We are at 300hp
The numbers are NOT WHP

Gutted to 2600lbs

NOW, to the NA Experts, what else can be done on this car to increase the horsepower?

Some shots of from the build

Very nice.

Dyno graph?

I wouldn't say DD reads less, it reads accurate.

Yep same over here on DD, I'd say that's genuinely what the car puts out

just wanted to point out how much car gained in hp
if a stock s2000 is 240hp, then this is around 300hp

From my point of view with this setup you need at least 76mm exhaust diameter and 80mm piping diameter with a little bigger length of the intake piping arm.
Also a additional + would be a bigger intake manifold if you have the skills to fabricate one own your own or buy an aftermarket.

Just my 0.02

PS.
Can you post a video of the car?

PS2
What ECT do you get with this radiator?

I'd agree on the exhaust.

Im using a 70mm T1R and Berk 70mm high flow cat.

post up the graph.

Who did the head? There is always some power in the head.. and i'm not sure why your cylinder head guy went with +1mm valves. You have to do alot of work to put a real big valve port in these heads. the stock size will make 300hp.

If you have good fuel you can always just yank the head, mill it 20thou or so, that will put you at closer to 14:1 compression.

get a custom header made with a megaphone/reverse cone and goto a 3inch exhaust

We already had a 70mm exhaust on the car. The car made that power with the 70mm
We just put the 63mm exhaust on the car to save weight. That was the only titanium we had on the car

So you guys think a 76mm will be even better?

We might consider a bigger intake manifold like inlinepro

What is a megaphone/reverse cone header?

Should we change the intake?

I will try to post some videos

3 inch exhaust really is worth it.

as far as the header goes, there is a ton of info out there

burns makes pretty much the best stuff on the market

The intake you have looks good to me, it might be on the small size though. A 3inch intake will work well up to about 210-220 to the tires, beyond that you'll need a long 3.5 or 4 inch intake tube.
