NA High HP Project - What else can be done?

We already had a 70mm exhaust on the car. The car made that power with the 70mm
We just put the 63mm exhaust on the car to save weight. That was the only titanium we had on the car
So you guys think a 76mm will be even better?
We might consider a bigger intake manifold like inlinepro
What is a megaphone/reverse cone header?
Should we change the intake?
I will try to post some videos

Looks like a nice build! I can't comment on your engine internals, but you definitely have room to improve your intake and exhaust.
Your intake looks like it is a constant 3" diameter pipe, which is actually smaller than the OEM diameter at it's largest point. The OEM intake tube is actually a long megaphone, which generates plugging energy across a wide RPM range. When you replace the megaphone with a constant diameter pipe, it will create plugging at a very narrow RPM range. With your radiator design, you have lots of good opportunities to impliment 1 or 2 megaphones in key locations to create some natural supercharging!
You can also make significant gains with one of my mid-pipes, which impliments an expansion chamber in the optimal location for massive midrange gains. Even with an integrated HFC and a quiet muffler, it outperforms a 3" Berk Single with test pipe. Here's a review thread from a guy in France with a pretty exotic NA build that installed one of my mid-pipes. There's many other reviews and dyno plots linked in the threads in my signature.

Your shortblock is great. As far as the head goes you should deck it to bump the compression to 14.0:1 ish, then get a full urge or 4piston ported and built head, some 60mm-62mm Kinsler ITB, switch to some ID1000 and better fuel like VP Q16 or Ignite E98, A big tube Hytech Header(the one they suggest for supercharged engine) or have someone like ASP/Myers build you a real race header with a 4-1 collector/ 2.5" choke/3.5" megaphone/into a 3" straight through remaining piping. If you did all this stuff here I would see it hard to not crack 300 RWHP!
