Default Custom Headlight Scoop

So i am itching to make something new for the car sense i havent in a few months and really like the look of headlight scoops. I have searched around and can't really find any info on the subject i found this picture sifting through google and managed to find the user (right here in s2Ki) and messaged him. http://www.google.com/imgres?q=S2000...0&tx=171&ty=62

I am just looking for any information at all on this mod. I would really like to be able to use my headlight partially hopeing it is still somewhat street legal lol.

Any info would be great
Thanks

Yea, this will be a good idea and I will like to know the same. I have seen this mod headlight scoop as well on magazine forums etc... But don't know where to buy or how to do it.

Glad someone else has some interest.

I am thinking about finding a cheap passenger side light if possible and just cutting the high beam away to create the hole to start. I would just have to figure out how to wire the low beam to be on all the time whether using low beams or high beams. I can't see it being to difficult... hopefully

The HID's stay on with the high beams, so no need to rewire anything. Throw a yellow high beam bulb in the drivers side...bam, instant fog light

I think the Evasive-motorsports car has a custom ap2 headlight duct, which from pictures looks like it turned out great! Maybe someone can chime in with some more information on it, or even some close up pictures..

Once you drill through the housing, make sure you seal it back up really well. It'd suck to get moisture in there and ruin an otherwise nice looking piece.

Just curious as to why this car has the cut out on the driver side?! Unless it has iTB's it seems backwards IMO..

was wondering the same thing... However, the intake on the F20 IS on the driver side, the passenger side is the exhaust mani side. Its possible he just custom bent the entire thing to go left and cleared/tucked the ABS items there.
