I just took mine out a couple weeks ago. It is pretty straight forward, but i'll see if I can recall without any pics or anything.
Take out seat(s).
remove center console. I only did this because I have a leather cover over the carpet. You probably don't need to do this if you don't have one.
remove interior trim. I think I did it in this order:

Love the KNVB!! HUP HOLLAND! The left and right floor mats are removed intuitively with basic tools. How does one remove the center floor mat? It is buried under the head unit frame which is a part of the dash. Do I need to remove the entire dash?
