Programming NEW ECU to keys

What are my options now? Mugen ECU is going bye bye as of tomorrow I think but I can't drive the car to Honda to get it programmed.
I read that there is a way to temporarily bypass the immobilizer but still not crazy about paying the dealership to re-program the car.....though might be my only option.
Thoughts or options?
'00 S/N 3205 Silver/Red
Replaced Engine/Tranny/Diff so not really in the club any more. Driveline re-starting at ~20K.

You could drive it to the dealer and swap ecu's there.
I am in no real rush as the engine well it needs replacing so I am not driving it this summer. Even if I get the bypass code for the immobilizer from the dealer just to move it around in the garage that will be fine. If I gotta PAY THE MAN I will do that but no reason to do it right this second if that is my only choice.
Hoping that there are other options.

Blue: Yeah it was more than valves! 99% sure it's a spun bearing! I think that it's #3 or #4 based on where the noise is coming up the intake runners. YouTube is an amazing tool. I found 3-4 other cars with the same exact sound one of them was off S2KI that said that the result was a spun bearing. Which now makes sense in that it gets louder under throttle and quieter almost gone on deceleration when there is no load on the piston. Saving up to do a new short block and see Mr. Ballistic. Probably will do a new water pump while we are at it seeing as it's got 100K on it. Your already there!
