SafeLite ended up doing mine. I already had them order the OEM glass through them prior to the discovery of Skyler's services.

Anyway, they ended up doing a good job. I had the guy come to my house and pretty much hovered over him the whole time, pointing things out, asking questions etc. while trying not to distract him. He told me the OEM glass was 630 and some change before the moldings...so the insurance deductible definitely was cheaper. All in all...good experience and optical quality is like it is even there!

That sucks.

So what would the price for this windsheild replacement be? OEM vs Non OEM? Did I miss it?

Looks like I can get OEM Glass for $367.64 + tax through the local online dealer.

Skyler looks like he is about $150 for non OEM. +/- a few bucks depending on travel distance. Ryan Auto Glass is about $320 with tax for non-OEM.

I can do the installation for $100 if you supply the glass, also know you will need a molding as well they do not save taking the old w/s out. I can bring one if you would prefer that and can get that for $20 I think.

Hmm, in Florida the insurance company pays for all windshield replacements no matter what coverage you have.

Shocked that this state doesn't have the same, that truely sucks.
