Default Alarm help!

Hey guys so my alarm remote went out yesterday. Ive been searching the web and cannot find this remote anywhere. It's a Python RPN 479v/p/x.

I am really dumb when it comes with electronics so I am worried that since this alarm is old as hell that they don't make it anymore. Do you all know if there is a newer model that is compatible to this alarm? Also once I get the remote I should be able to program it mysefl correct?

Thanks guys.

I wish it was. It started flickering and making some messed up sounds. I thought it was going to blow up.

I cracked the case on mine and I got a replacement on eBay. Have you checked there?
