The S/C is pretty useless without all the other stuff..Call comptech and ask for the S/N and if/when someone calls them up for the other parts...they'll get whats coming.or keep an eye out on ebay.

peace

Very sorry to hear. Hope everything gets fixed to your standards.

Did you have an alarm? Knock on some doors around where your car was parked and ask if they heard anything. It is worth a shot.

Talked to David today from the dealership, and he thinks the car is going to be totalled. Unfortunately another s2k probably isn't in my future. I have really enjoyed my s2k, but the lure of an EVO or STi is really strong.

over 16k in damaged/missing parts, without even getting to the s/c which according to my agent will be covered.

Let me know if its totaled and you get to grab some parts off of it.

Zonie, insurance companies put a percent value on damage to all cars. If the dollar amount of damage exceeds that percentage, the car is considered totaled. It does not matter how that damage occured or the condition of the remaining portion of the car. At least that is what I have heard.
