Looks like i'm going to be getting an STi. Tonight and went and drove both the STi and the EVO. The STI felt as fast as my s2k, the EVO just totally turned me off.
Really?? Ive heard different....that the S is far more fun to drive. Ah well....whatever works! Dont forget to post pics of the new ride.

Criminals have a tendency to return to the crime scene based on numerous studies. Unless your car has already been towed, it might be worth leaving it outside in the exact location since the f........g thiefs may discover that a few other parts from your car would improve their ability to either use the parts themselves (unlikely) or have a better package for sale.

Of course I only reference this possibility if you already have a security camera positioned on the roof along with a computer hard drive and software to record all activity that may occur around you coar for at least a week. Mine records for over 30 days but for different puposes associated with my businesses. If they were to return for a second grag, then it would be possible to enhance their faces for id purposes, and maybe even obtain finger prints if you call the police department with information regarding free donuts at your location.

Seriously, I think everyone feels your agony, especially after reading some of your more recent posts discussing the enjoyment you were experiencing after installing the sc system.

Good luck CypherAz. I hate to see you leave this forum since I enjoy your comments everytime I read them except this one

STi I can't see any reason why you couldn't come on drives with it. What turned you off the Evo? The totally shitty interior?

I like the evo facia better then the STI's but the STI has a lip that looks really good on it. Either way I like the comfort and looks of the S better but it lacked the power thats why the turbo is going in. Regardless you'll have fun in either one.

I would also consider buying the entire car if you can get it from the insurance company

Just as an update, the insurance company has decided to play games with me. I don't want to disclose any info until it's all taken care of, but their first offer isn't even enough to buy a used s2k (and this includes a bullshit offer for the supercharger).
