Single best mod
Heres one I pulled off google.

You basically weld it off of your stock exhaust so it stays quiet while cruising then when you romp on it, it opens up either by air pressure like a wastegate, or an electric actuator depending on the type of cutout you get. The idea is to allow more air flow and reduce pressure under high rpm in WOT.
How well it works on an N/A application? I dunno. But it would be interesting to see.

The single best bang-for-the-buck mod is an HPDE track day
I would drive the car to the limit and see if you even need to mod it to begin with.

Honestly........
I would say FlashPro for you sir.......
I have seen a 100% stock car make 220 to the ground with tuning alone....overall drivability is better and car is just more fun in general.
Peak gains in the neighborhood of10-15 whp and midrange gains of almost 20 ft lbs of torque
Flash Pro and tune would be about $1000.....
BTW...I dyno tested the 70mm Invidia Test Pipe.....made a 1hp improvement....maybe. THe best thing the TP did was eliminate the drone associated with aftermarket exhausts

You'll go thru the gears faster but not be faster with speed. You'll go thru the power band too quick and with the stock gears your in it longer.
