Hey P.J. you can make adjustments to the engagement point with the clutch pedal sir. There is a nut and a shaft that can be adjusted to help out

Thanks man, i know that. Im going to give it the proper break in period (750 mi) and let it settle into place before i go adjusting the pedal.

stripped three hex head bolts on the tranny already, if i cut the heads off will the shaft just slide back or is there more threads behind the head holding it on? when i have to replace the bolts has anyone found non hex head bolts to match? did you guys cut the hex head wrenchs short to prevent tork bend? did you have to apply heat/cold? will the vice grip really bite well enough to break hex bolt that is so tight it stripped? these bolts are ruining my life!

You NEED to get these out. They won't slide out if you cut the heads off. Try using vice grips to get them out. If it gets to bad where vice grips can't grip them then use a dremel to cut a line in the head were you can use a flathead or something to get better leverage on it. Keep the transmission up and don't let it bind. Also make sure you break them free first instead of trying to take them out one by one. This will keep them from binding.

Oh and the best investment is a #6 hex head socket. It will allow you to get a wrench and put the right leverage on it.

you can get the shaft out by cutting the heads off. you just have to knock the washers off the shaft then. its easy...
