I still don't understand how FA and LH can compete for WDC but their car can't compete for the constructor's championship.

BTW - Has anyone thought about the podiums that say BMW missed out on because of this?

I think BMW would have had many more podiums if not for this situation.

How is this fair to their drivers?

Well I can say this, I sent out a message to my local BMW CCA community congratulating them on BMW Sauber taking 2nd Place in the Manufacturer's Championship this year.

^ Ok but how do you provide evidence that you didn't do something?

Do you send ALL your email to the FIA and say "there you go, no emails with Ferrari IP."? That would have been more than 166 pages.

An email here or there can't prove you did not use Ferrari's IP but it can prove that you did.

Dunno, maybe you can provide a scenario for the opposite?
