Well I can say this, I sent out a message to my local BMW CCA community congratulating them on BMW Sauber taking 2nd Place in the Manufacturer's Championship this year.

 

One could provide evidence to support either side of the case. He could have provided evidence that they did not recieve any IP perhaps?

Do you send ALL your email to the FIA and say "there you go, no emails with Ferrari IP."? That would have been more than 166 pages.

An email here or there can't prove you did not use Ferrari's IP but it can prove that you did.

Dunno, maybe you can provide a scenario for the opposite?
